- Misleading or deceptive content.

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding it. Data collected is limited to usage analytics to improve the service.
We will not sell, share, or misuse your information.
Disclaimer of Liability
We strive for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee error-free operation. Use of this service is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that arise from using the service.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time, which will be posted on the website.
Account termination
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service. In the case of account suspension and termination, refunds
will be provided at the sole discretion of the company.

Video or Online Conferencing: For complex issues or special requests, we may, at our discretion, arrange a video or online conferencing session to provide additional support.
Scope of support
Our support team assists with issues related to account access, link management, and service functionality.
We do not provide support for third-party services or external issues beyond the scope of our platform.

Support requests are addressed during our standard business hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (SAST) (excluding South African public holidays)
